The meals you eat reflect your personality, values and culture.  It used to be that there were three traditional meals during the day.  As we become more pressed for time, meals are more varied and more fractured.  When was the last time you sat down for a prepared meal at home?  Did you cook it from scratch, or did it consist of convenience foods and/or take-out?
